Thomas, Sr., Rusty L., 52, of Reader, WV formerly of New Martinsville, WV died Monday, July 1, 2013 at the Rosewood Nursing Home in Grafton, WV.

Rusty was born November 30, 1960 in Ravenna, OH son of the late Harry and Vivian Gillespie Thomas.

He was a self-employed mechanic, who likes camping and fishing.

In addition to his parents, two brothers, Christopher Thomas and Harry Thomas, Jr, preceded him in death.

Surviving are his wife of twenty-eight years, Rhonda Harris Thomas; two sons, Rusty (Donna) Thomas of Reader, WV and Joshua (Jessica Peck) of Paden City, WV; daughter, Kristy (Calvin) McCune of Powhatan Point, OH; four grandchildren, Jeremiah, Rusty III, Danielle and Serenity; four brothers, Denny Thomas of Fairmont, WV, Brian (Candy) Thomas, Jasper (Tonya) Thomas and Wayne Thomas all of Masontown, WV; two sisters, Patricia (Carl) Toothman of Fairmont, WV and Laverne Thomas of Morgantown, WV and several nieces and nephews.

Friends received Wednesday, July 3, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV with funeral service at 8 p.m. Graveside service will be 1 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Garden in Kingwood, WV.

Interment in Sunset Memorial Garden in Kingwood, WV.
