Gooldin, Alice Kettlewell, 89, of Paden City, WV went to meet her Savior on Thursday, July 31, 2014 while surrounded by her family.

Alice was born April 15, 1925 in Glen Dale, WV daughter of the late John and Olga (Daggett) Kettlewell.

She was a homemaker, former dispatcher for the Paden City Police Dept., loved gardening and collecting dolls and member of the Paden City Church of Christ where she had been a Sunday School Teacher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Gooldin, Sr. (1998), sister, Olga Selan and brother, David Kettlewell.

Surviving are two sons, John Gooldin of Paden City, WV and Harold (Kristi) Gooldin, Jr. of Cumming, GA; daughter, Pam (Mike) Collier of Wheelersburg, OH; three sisters, Jackie Logan of Columbus, OH, Neltje Landers of Wheeling, WV and Joan (Gene) Gray of Glen Dale, WV; three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Monday, August 4, 2014 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City. Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the Paden City Church of Christ with Brian Price officiating.

Interment to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens.
