Robert "Bob" E.  Neff
Neff, Robert “Bob” Eugene, 78, of Paden City, WV went home to be with his Lord on Friday, August 1, 2014 while surrounded by his family.

“Bob” was born January 10, 1936 in Paden City, WV son of the late Emmett Elson and Eileen Nell (Hammel) Neff.

He was a retired pipe fitter for Union Carbide for thirty-two years, U.S. Army veteran serving during the Cuban Missile Crises, loved woodworking, gardening and lawn work, past member of the Paden City American Legion Post 86 and member of the Buck Run Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant grandson, Tyler Day and brother, Charles Neff.

Surviving are his wife of thirty-three years, Sarah (Lemasters) Neff; five sons, Robert E. (Teresa) Neff II of Elizabeth, WV, Patrick Neff of New Martinsville, WV, Stephen Roll and Gary Roll both of Paden City, WV and Daniel Scott (Angie) Roll of Princeton, NC; four daughters, Robin (Neff) Larsen of St. Mary’s, WV, Brenda (Larry) McCaman of New Martinsville, WV, Kimberley (Jeff) Beaver of Sistersville, WV and Janice (Charles) Myers of New Martinsville, WV; brother, Everett “Bud” (Barbara) Neff of Paden City, WV; sister, Margaret “Peggy” Eddy of Sistersville, WV; twenty six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren; a special puppy, Nick and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received Noon – 4 p.m., Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home in Paden City where service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, August 4, 2014 with John Veyon officiating.

Interment to follow in Northview Cemetery in New Martinsville, WV.

Honor Guard will conduct military graveside services.
