Raber, Jr., Charles “Chuck” Clark, 51, of New Martinsville, WV went to be with his Lord, Sunday, March 1, 2015 at The James Center Ohio State University in Columbus, OH while surrounded by his family.

“Chuck” was born October 21, 1963 in Moundsville, WV son of Charles and Ilene (Anderson) Raber, Sr. of New Martinsville, WV.

He worked for Blue Racer Midstream in Lewisville, OH, loved all the people he worked with whom he became good friends with many, Chuck kept others laughing with his sense of humor, he was a hard worker, loving family man, loved the Mountaineers and he loved his church and kept his faith through his illness, member of New Martinsville Church of God.

He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Frances Tipper and brother-in-law, Steve Coleman.

Surviving are his wife of twenty-eight years, Sherry Tipper Raber; daughter, Courtney Raber; son, Mikal Raber; grandchildren, Piper Raber and Colton Raber; two sisters, Carol (Chad Smith) Coleman and Kathy (Todd) Williams both of Sardis, OH; father-in-law, Joe (Judy) Tipper of NC; two sister-in-laws, Selina (Kyle) Owen of TX and Jodi Tipper of NC; brother-in-law, TJ Tipper of NC; special nieces Erika (John McNally) Williams of Columbus, OH and Kelsey Williams of Sardis, OH, Wendi Fisher of TX and Brittanie (David) Predmore, NC.

Friends received 2-8 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the New Martinsville Church of God with Pastor Mick Frye officiating.

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
