Obituary for Paul Eugene Isaacs

Paul Eugene Isaacs, 88, of New Martinsville, WV went to meet the Lord in his favorite chair.

Paul was born December 16, 1927 in Putney, KY, son of the late James B. and Callie (Gabbard) Isaacs.

He was a retired welder for the former Ormet, Corp., a member of Wetzel Masonic Lodge No. 39 A.F.&A.M. for over fifty years, member of Osiris Shriner, life-time member of V.F.W., American Legion Marne Post No 28, a U.S. Navy veteran and Hannibal United Methodist Church in Hannibal, OH.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Thomas Janson Isaacs.

Surviving are his wife of over sixty-nine years, Dorothy Mae; two sons, James Bradley (Deaner) and Dennis Eugene (Peggy); grandchildren, Jason (Chris), Justin, Jennifer (Kevin), Ryan (Kim), Nicholas and Jaki; great grandchildren, Aubrey Mae, Troy James, Aaliyah, Tyler; favorite sister, Carol (Jack) Ware; faithful companion, Chloe; special neighbors and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2016 and 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV with Pastor Steve Rice officiating.

Burial to follow in Northview Cemetery with Wetzel Lodge No. 39 A.F. & A.M. conducting graveside services.
