Condolence: Was sorry to hear about the passing of Estelle. Although I knew her for such a short time I felt we had become friends. I am glad I was able to share a small part of her life. She was a very nice lady. Once when I stopped to see her I remarked how good she looked and she smiled at me and said I had a good caretaker. This touched my heart. I wish I could have known her before she got sick.

Condolence: Estelle was such a kind person to me. I loved when "the people from West Va"would come to grandma's and granddads. It was a wonderful time for me as a child. Her kind and gentle spirt made me feel special. I grew up as a foster child. I was adopted by Louise Hopkins Soaper and James Soaper when I was 19.

Condolence: I am saddened to hear that Estelle ("Estil" as my kids always called her...and they still do!) has passed on to glory. I have so many memories of Estelle from the 10 years we lived in Paden City, and many visits after that. Estelle and I took Disciple bible study classes together so many times that I've lost count! We went to Weight Watchers together (those stories should not be shared here! Haha...too much fun!). We went to Amish country, UMW School of Christian Mission, and lots of other UMW meetings! We worked on church Bazaars & VBS. She, along with her mom & many other great ladies, taught me how to hand quilt & everything else there is to know about quilting. They welcomed me into their group with open arms, & eventually forced me to put a knot in my thread! I always think of her when I see her lovely artwork she has given us over the years. My life is richer from having known Estil. Much love and prayers to the family. Pam Moll

Condolence: Estelle was a very dear friend since our Viking days. She was always so active and full of life. God has certainly gained a very precious angel. Know that she was loved by many outside her family and how dear her family was to her. She will be missed but have so many fond memories of time spent that she will always remain in our hearts. Deepest sympathy to her family.

Condolence: Our Deepest Sympathy

Estelle loved and cherished her dear family and friends. She helped make this a better world in her work with St. Paul's, her workplaces and the other organizations she helped to support.

May she rest in eternal peace and may the good memories of growing together and the special times in your lives provide solace to Hop, Barb, Eric, Teresa, Juanita, John and Jordan.
