Tammy Lynn Parsons, 56, of Paden City, WV died Monday, November 27, 2017 while at Wheeling Hospital.

Tammy was born October 17, 1961 in New Martinsville, WV; daughter of Donnie and Gerry (Hudson) Hibbs.

She was a former part-time utility clerk for the City of Paden City, graduate of Hundred High School, member and current President for the Paden City Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary, member of the Paden City Council and she loved her pets.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Parsons.

Surviving in addition to her parents are two sons, Grayson (Joelle) Stickler of Moundsville, WV and Andrew (Alyssa) Stickler of Reader, WV; brother, Brad Hibbs of Paden City, WV; sister, Teresa (Tim) Shreve of New Martinsville, WV; granddaughter, Melynn Stickler.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home where service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, December 1, 2017 with Ed Melott officiating. Interment to follow in the White Chapel Memorial in Barboursville, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Tammy’s name, to the Paden City Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. 208 W Main St., Paden City, WV 26159.
