Obituary for Matthew Lee Whittington
Matthew L. Whittington, 22, of New Martinsville, WV died Tuesday, July 24, 2018 while in Charleston, WV.
Matt was born October 3, 1995 in Clarksburg, WV; son of Kevin Whittington of New Martinsville, WV and late Debbie Anderson.
He was a tattoo artist and he loved playing guitar.
Surviving in addition to his father, are his son and daughter; sister, Jaran Whittington of New Martinsville, WV, paternal grandmother, Brenda Whittington of New Martinsville, WV and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Friends received 1-3 p.m., Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, where service will be held at 3 p.m.
The family is asking for help on the funeral expenses and donations be made, in Matt’s memory, to Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV 26155.
