King, Marion K., 78, of Paden City, WV died Tuesday, February 07, 2012 at Sistersville Center in Sistersville, WV.
Marion was born August 12, 1933 in Keyser, WV daughter of the late Charles and Bertha Corbin Pancake.
She was a homemaker, Assistant Manager for the former Duke Gas Station, won blue ribbon awards at the WV Oil and Gas Festival for crocheting, loved collecting dolls, worked briefly at the church's food pantry and a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Paden City.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles King (2008); sister, Bernice Haddix; great granddaughter, Carrie Anderson and nephew, Ricky Malcolm.
Surviving are son, Timothy (Casey) King of Parkersburg, WV; Jeanne (Ric) King Cochran of Charleston, WV; Cindy (Clarence) Swartzmiller of Sistersville, WV; brother, Billy (Sonnie) Pancake of Keyser, WV; sisters, Naomi Snyder and Conald of Keyser, WV and Pat (Richard) Malcolm of Piedmont, WV; ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday, February 9, 2012 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes in Paden City, WV where service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, February 10, 2012.
Interment in Paden Memorial Gardens, New Martinsville, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made in Marion's name to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 130 S Fourth Ave., Paden City, WV 26159.
