Johnson, Charles "Slick" T., 67 of Paden City, WV died Friday, February 17, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

Charles was born June 22, 1944 in New Martinsville, WV son of the late Richard R. and Avis L. Birkheimer Johnson.

He was a member of the Paden City Eagles Club, Ohio Valley Automotive Club and Paden City Sons of the American Legion.

Surviving are his wife, Helen E. Workman Johnson; two sons, Timothy R. Johnson and Charles R. Johnson; three daughters, Kimberley R. Gellner, Tammy L. (Joseph Henry) Johnson, Maggie L. (Thomas) Harton; two brothers, Gerald Johnson and Richard R. (Cheri) Johnson, Jr.; sister, Shirley Farmsworth and six grandchildren.

Friends received 7-9 p.m., Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes in Paden City, WV. Private graveside services to be held Monday, February 20, 2012 at Paden Memorial Gardens, New Martinsville, WV.
