Ebeling, Walter "Bill" Wm., 74, of New Martinsville, WV died Tuesday, November 06, 2012 at his home.

"Bill" was born July 20, 1938 in Wheeling, WV son of Bertha Faye Nickerson Ebeling and the late Walter H. Ebeling.

He was a retired shift foreman for PPG, owner of Ebeling Feed Store in New Martinsville, a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Berlin crises, loved to golf, football officiate, very active in the Regatta, helped with the restoration of the Lincoln Theatre, co-director of performances done by the Jaycees, member of the Jaycees, member of New Martinsville Moose Lodge No. 931 and member of First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in New Martinsville.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Twila Hayes Ebeling; two sons, Brent (Dana) Ebeling and Eric (Brenda) Ebeling both of Winchester, VA; daughter, Andrea Ebeling of New Martinsville, WV; sister, Verna Faye (Larry) Mall of New Martinsville; grandchildren, Jessie (Nick) Conway and Brandon Arnica; great grandchild Averie Arnica and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville where service will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, November 10, 2012.

Interment in Paden Memorial Gardens, New Martinsville, WV.

The Honor Guard will conduct full graveside military rites.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Bill's name, to First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, PO Box 274, New Martinsville, WV 26155.
