| A native of Wetzel County and the son of Leslie N and Laura Barr Williams of New Martinsville. He graduated from Magnolia High School in 1982. He is also a graduate of West Virginia Northern Community College, West Liberty State College and Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. While in college he obtained a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Education. He is a member of the church of Christ in Proctor, WV, WV Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association, and Delta Sigma Pi. Williams has worked in several funeral homes, allowing him to bring with him different aspects of the funeral profession. |

| In 1987 he went to work for Norman Trowbridge, making the transition in 1991 to the Jarvis Funeral Home. A member of the Christian Church in Paden City, WV. He is a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 73 A.F. & A.M. Sistersville, WV and Paden City American Legion Post No. 86. He is also a World War II Air Force Veteran. |

| Daniel Billiter is a lifetime resident of Paden City, W.V. He has been married for 43 years to his wife Joan, and has one son Brian, also of Paden City. Dan worked for the Greif Corporation for 38 years and is a lifetime member of the Paden City fire company. He has worked as a stage manager for the Ebert Brother shows for 15 years and enjoys working on old cars and going to car shows as well as stock car racing and fishing. |
